Wavefinder Repairs

If you have a Wavefinder that has developed a hardware fault within 12 months of the date of purchase, you are entitled to a free repair.
Please note that the Wavefinder is not compatible with Windows XP Service Pack 2. If you are attempting to use the Wavefinder with a PC running Windows XP Service Pack 2, it will not work. This is due to a software conflict, and does not mean that the Wavefinder hardware is faulty.
The procedure for arranging a repair is detailed below:
