Important Note To Mastercare Coverplan Customers

Please read the following note if you have a Coverplan policy bought from Dixons Stores Group, including Dixons, PC World, The link, and Curries stores. Important note: This does not apply to customers who have bought the policy in The Netherlands.

In order to comply with the conditions set out by Mastercare, the following steps must be taken before the callcentre is contacted to create a repair reference or RMA.

1 Check that the address on your coverplan policy is your current one, that the policy is in date, and applies to the machine that you would like to be repaired.
2 If the policy is registered to a different address, please ring the Mastercare callcentre 0870 600 1550 in order to change it to your present one.
3 If you have any questions about the validity of your policy at all or if you need a duplicate policy then please contact the Mastercare callcentre on 0870 600 1550.
4 Email or fax the policy to the Psion callcentre psiondigital.repairs@teklogix.fr or Fax 0870 738 4320.
5 Please allow a period of not less than 24 hours before contacting the Psion callcentre on 0870 738 4310, in order to arrange a repair reference or RMA. This is in order to allow for Mastercare to authorise the repair against your policy and notify Psion of this.
6 The average period to allow for repair is three weeks from the date that the RMA is booked.
